RE: "What Rwandans expect from Umwiherero” (The New Times, February 28). Rwanda’s leadership is highly committed to improving performance and public perceptions so the message from this young generation has been understood.

We need strong cooperation and partnership with you guys, together we need to work hard on mindset change. The young generation has a big role to play in this journey, especially on improving human and food security.
