Dear Editor,

It is always expected that as we approach the festive season many people tend to travel upcountry and elsewhere to end the year in style with their families.

It is however very sad that many of us were stranded and still are simply because we can not get transport to our destinations! It is frustrating.

My request is that the Commerce ministry (MINICOM) woos investors in the transport sector, with many operators; enough vehicles will be imported into the country to transport passengers.
