NORTHERN PROVINCE

MUSANZE—The Commercial Bank of Rwanda BCR has shifted to a new home in Musanze, and opened it with a public pledge to service clients as best possible. The fully-furnished house was inaugurated by Governor Boniface Rucagu in company with the BCR Chief David Kuwani.

The BCR managing director challenged other small-scale enterprises to achieve, saying that the company was out to "set standards” and he called for Rwandans to have ambitions which they should accomplish.

"The ambitions of the leaders are high. As we work towards developing small-scale industries, ‘okay’ will not be enough for Rwandans. There should be something special’’ Kuwani said.

The governor castigated local residents to stop keeping money in houses and instead utilize the opportunity to acquire loans to set up business.
