Dear Editor,

It is absurd that just after we had concluded a week’s campaign on road safety, a terrible accident took place in Kicukiro.

Many people still think that the road safety should only be emphasised by the traffic police, forgetting that it is also up to us as citizens to use the roads carefully.

I would therefore, like to advise everyone, to be careful when using the road. Drivers should not be under any influence of alcohol.
