Dear Editor,

I read in your Sunday Times issue of 21st December 2008 that a notorious car thief Morris Muvunyi, 32, last week handed himself over to the Rwanda National Police. This is good however; such huge theft deals can not be conducted by only one individual.

I would therefore like to urge the Rwanda police to carry out a thorough investigation so that all the thieves that Muvunyi has been networking with can be exposed and arrested as well.

Hiring vehicles and then forging their logbooks in his own names is completely unbelievable and I hope that he gets purnished severely for all these cases.
