Musician cum media entrepreneur and entertainer, Charles Kakooza Nkuriza aka KNC is planning the launch of his 4th studio album- Heart Desire.

It is also the title track off his 16-song album, which is due for launch in July. The album was put together by a host of audio production talents, including Aron Tunga, Andy from Germany, Pastor P, Jemo, and KNC himself. Some of the songs on the album include; Ijororyiza, Harigihe ukunda, Hold you tight, Love sultan, and the title track, Heart desire.

There will be two sets of concerts for the launch; a VIP concert, and a regular one.

The VIP concert will take place on July 27, although by press time organizers were yet to make a final choice between the Kigali Convention Center and Camp Kigali for a venue. For the regular concert, organizers will choose between the Amahoro Stadium parking lot, and the Gikondo Expo Grounds.

In a telephone interview with KNC on Thursday afternoon, he revealed that the VIP show would be graced by South African music icon Yvonne Chaka Chaka.

On whether the Umqomboti singer would perform at the concert, KNC revealed that Chaka Chaka’s team is yet to make a decision on the same.

Tickets for both shows go on sale online on March 1.

According to KNC, preparations for the launch concerts are progressing well, with rehearsals already underway.
