Musanze FC captain Patrick Ntijyinama has expressed confidence in his team's ability to beat Rayon Sports when the two sides meet on Friday, February 23 at Kigali Pele Stadium in a local league duel.
Kicking off at 6pm, the game is of great significance to both teams’ title hopes.
Musanze is currently occupying the third position on the league table with 38 points, while Rayon Sports is second with 42 points.

"The season has been favourable for us so far. We led the table for many weeks, but we are now in third place. We still have a chance to become champions," Ntijyinama told Times Sport.
Highlighting the importance of the match against Rayon Sports, he noted that they will take it with seriousness so that they can take the win home.
"With solid preparations, it is up to us to give our best and secure a victory," he said.

The two teams’ first-round encounter that took place on October 15, 2023 at Ubworoherane Stadium, ended with Musanze on top with a 1-0 win courtesy of striker Peter Agblevor who has since switched to Police FC.
