RE: "Meet young talented Rwandan book authors” (The New Times, November 29). I salute these young authors whose "voices” are important contributions to Rwandan storytelling. The famous 19th Century philosopher John Ruskin said: "Great nations write their autobiographies in three manuscripts—the book of their deeds, the book of their words, and the book of their art.”

Inspired by President Paul Kagame, Rwandans are writing "great books” in all these areas.

I want to bring to readers of The New Times very exciting book news: Divine Mutoni, a Gashora Girls Academy student and graduate of the African Leadership Academy and now a senior at Georgetown University in the USA, has just published a book called, "A Revolutionary Connectivity: Internet Access as the Ultimate Human Right and Passport from Poverty.”

For anyone who can get access to Amazon, it is available there. I encourage anyone, including our government’s ministers, who’s interested in a key component of Rwanda’s development – providing internet access to every Rwandan – to read this great book by one of Rwanda’s most amazing young women and potential future leaders.
