I write in response to the fact that the Netherlands has decided to suspend any form of financial aid that they have been sending to Rwanda.

Sincerely, this is bad but not very surprising. I believe that the Dutch are aware that Rwanda has nothing to do with the National Congress for the Defense of the People (CNDP), a rebel movement in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Otherwise why would we decide to form an alliance with Congo to fight the rebels?

Well, it is obviously unfortunate that the Dutch have decided to take this decision, but like we always say, the truth will finally be revealed.
