Dear Editor,

I would like to congratulate Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Southern Sudan upon forming a strong alliance against Lord’s Resistance Army leader, Joseph Kony and his rebel group that has been responsible for the death and displacement of many innocent people in Uganda.

For over 22 years now, the rebel group has not only caused suffering to Ugandans but also extended their ruthless practices to the neighbouring countries. Let us all hope that this strong alliance will come up with good measures that will lead to the arrest of the criminals.
