News that Rwanda Information and Regulatory Authority (RITA) is installing booths for the public to access information about public institutions, online comes at the  right time as it will break bureaucracy.

It is frustrating to frequent public offices seeking information that one is entitled to but some public servants hired by government to run those offices on behalf of Rwandans do not want to release it.

They forget that Rwandans have a right to be information. I only request RITA to keep them updated and speed up the countrywide rollout programme.
