RE: "1500 officers to benefit from new Rwf2.4bn police hostel” (The New Times, November 2).

That is what happens when leadership of any institution has personnel at heart. This mind blowing mega project is a cross-cutting issue, it comes not only to improve welfare of cops, but is an added value to professionalism that already characterises Rwanda National Police.

Rwanda has been recognised as the best country in Africa to be a woman; very soon we will see Rwanda being ranked as the best country in Africa to be a police officer. This is just great – go RNP, sky is no longer the limit.
