SC Kiyovu take on APR FC in Friday clash

SC Kiyovu head coach Andre Casa Mbungo will be seeking a win when his side take on leaders APR FC on match day 4 of the Azam Rwanda Premier League today at Mumena Stadium. Mbungo’s side sit in 13th place with 3 points after winning one game (against Musanze) and losing two (against Rayon Sports and Miroplast).

SC Kiyovu head coach Andre Casa Mbungo will be seeking a win when his side take on leaders APR FC on match day 4 of the Azam Rwanda Premier League today at Mumena Stadium.

Mbungo’s side sit in 13th place with 3 points after winning one game (against Musanze) and losing two (against  Rayon Sports and Miroplast).

"We need to win the game against APR because we have to turn things around and we are confident that we can win,” Casa Mbungo said.

Jimmy Mulisa’s APR side are currently leading the table with seven points following two wins and one draw from their first three matches this season. The military side beat Sunrise before drawing against Marines and then overcoming AS Kigali.

And Mulisa is looking forward to nothing less than three points today.

"It is important game for us. Every player knows the importance of the game so we must go there for a win” Mulisa said.

SC Kiyovu have gone 11 years without beating APR in the league.
