Dear Editor,

For long, Rwandans have complained about the bad customer care that is offered by most business people. Recently however, I noted that already the East African Community integration has began to impact on some Rwandans positively.

I visited Nakumatt Supermarket in the city centre and was received like a Queen. Yes, these business people from the region have already started offering what we have not had for years.

I am glad that already some Rwandan business operators within the city centre have started smiling at customers and treating us as expected. Sometimes people just need competition so that they can pull up their socks.
