My friends recently offered to take me out. They asked me to propose a place to go but I could not figure out any. Since I had failed to come up with a place, my friends decided to take me to Light House Resort in Kimironko.

The place appears good and welcoming from the outside but the services are wanting. Given its environment, Light House Resort could be a good place for tourists and business. It was our first time to the place, and we expected everything to go according to our expectations.

We ordered for drinks and eats expecting them on time, but to our surprise, the things we ordered at around 8:45pm were served at 10:00. Of course it wasn’t so easy for some friends to wait. They were tired and complaining of the slow services.

I do not know about others but to me and my friends, this was our worst moment at Light House. I appeal to management to offer clients the best services in the quickest time possible. What people need is a quick service and good customer care.
