Dear Editor,
I read in your daily, yesterday that microfinance institutions were urged to educate clients on proper utilisation of acquired loans.    

I agree completely because most of the time we manage to get these loans from the banks however a few months down the road we realise that the loan investment strategies we may use are not breeding high profits as expected thus making it difficult for us to pay back.

In many cases also, some MFI’s do not clearly explain the interest rates and later some people may fail to pay as a result of getting shocked by the rates at which they pay back.
