Dear Editor,
I would like to thank ambassador, Denis Polisi, for honouring his pledge to support women farmers of Rutsiro District, Western Province, who could not succeed in using artificial insemination.

Many politicians normally promise heaven on earth during campaigns but after getting to power, they do not honour the pledges they made.

Ambassador Polisi however is exemplary and I urge other elected politicians to fulfil their election promises.
