'Policy: Should husband and wife teach in the same school?'

There is nothing wrong with a couple being teachers in the same school, and I do not see how family problems will follow them to their workplace. In any case, teachers are intelligent enough to know that if there are serious issues in their relationship, one of them would ask to be transferred to another school.

RE: "Policy: Should husband and wife teach in the same school?” (The New Times, September 6).

In any case, teachers are intelligent enough to know that if there are serious issues in their relationship, one of them would ask to be transferred to another school.

I highly doubt that Rwandan teachers who are couples working in the same school can ever exhibit their dirty linen within their school. However it would be wrong for instance for a couple to be working in the same school if one of them is the head of the institution.
