Music lovers have something to look forward to as upcoming rappers, Don Noova and J-Dub El Fazo, real name John R Nkera will be releasing their latest music video this Friday at Café Neo in Kiyovu.

The musicians, currently members of 101 music group, will be officially launching the video ofAshaka that he features female rapper Angel Mutoni.

Ashaka is a slow rap track depicting a love story with captivating Kinyarwanda and English flows that leave you hypnotized. It is nearly four years down the road when the audio version of Ashaka was released as it came out in June, 2013.

This is the same time when J-Dub and his crew were starting their music craft, back then when they were still at University. It is this same time that J-Dub released his debut mixtapes, the ‘Dub Therapy’ and Mu Isi Yanjye (DTMIY) which were a collection of the 90’s to early 2000’s reminisced hip-hop songs.

Entrance is free and the event kicks off at 7pm and ends at 10pm.
