Indeed the so called experts and academics, on Rwanda write all the criticism from either hearsay, or pick disgruntled elements as their sources of information, while others are held in the past, having worked for the old genocidal regime, and many have never set foot in Rwanda to have firsthand experience of the post-genocide Rwanda. Gerald Mbanda So timely Mr. Moore; thanks so much for educating the blind.
