The semi-final winners will face-off in the final and the eventual champions will represent Rwanda at next year’s CAVB Club Championships.Heading into the playoff semis, Gisagara lead the table with 34 points, while APR occupy the fourth place with 25 points. On the other hand, second-placed Kirehe have 28 points, one better than IPRC-South, who are third.Reigning champions University of Kibungo (UNIK) failed to reach the playoffs after finishing in sixth position in the regular season.Meanwhile, in the women’s category, game 2 of the playoff final between Rwanda Revenue Authority and APR will be played on the weekend of August 28. RRA registered a 3-2 win in the first game.The game has been moved to allow RRA to prepare for the KAVC International Memorial Tournament which will be staged next weekend.editorial@newtimes.co.rw
