In the next seven years, I see the country thriving economically. I dream of landing at Bugesera International Airport before 2020.I see 90 per cent of households having running and clean water, and connected to electricity. I envision cities interconnected with modern roads, and skyscrapers mushrooming in all the four corners of Rwanda.And I am sure all these dreams will become reality because President Kagame always walks the talk.Yulian
