Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta has won a second term in office in a hotly contested election that saw him beat longtime rival and main Opposition candidate Raila Odinga. With almost all the results in by press time, Uhuru was winning by 54 per cent, compared to Odinga’s 44 per cent of votes cast. The incumbent also won among Kenyan voters in Rwanda, with 53 per cent.
