MC Monday going international

Word on the streets has it that MC Monday is set to start "exporting” his music internationally. He has of late not been seen on the music scene as many had anticipated. We can now reveal that he has been busy plotting a new style that will see him   go international.

We hear that the MC who until a few months back used to work for Radio 10 is also on the look out for an affordable but great producer in the region.

However, scouts have told us that the highly talented musician is going to be competing to be Rwanda’s hip hop star come next year, something he believes belongs to him.

Miss JoJo plans to settle down

After winning the Best Female Rwandan R&B artiste in the 2008 Pearl of Africa Music Awards that were recently held in Uganda, Josiane Uwineza, aka Miss JoJo is now focusing on her romantic life.

Word has it that she is close to  her producer Saleh. Her friends have intimated to us that Saleh is trying hard to be the Man of Miss JoJo’s dreams, somebody she can settle down with and start a family.

Miss Jojo, who  performed at the star studded RwandaTel relaunch bash with the world renowned reggae star Sean Paul last  Friday, is set to release a blazing album, ‘Genesis’, today at Serena, and at Petite stade next weekend.

The album contains the usual Afrobeat, highlife, reggae, dancehall, R&B, and of course hip hop.
