Renowned reggae singer Seydou Kone alias Alpha Blondy are expected to perform at the Kigali Up music festival slated for August 19 to 20.

Mighty Popo, the organiser of Kigali Up and director of Nyundo Music School, said Alpha Blondy is among the many singers lined up to perform at the cultural music festival.

"We expect this year’s festival to be bigger and better,” he said.

Ismaël Lô known for his track Tajabone and Rokia Traoré from Mali are also expected to perform.
