RE: "I will never disappoint you, Kagame tells supporters in Nyaruguru” (The New Times, July 16).

This is a true promise I can read from the heart of President Kagame. He is a man who delivers what he promises. From cooperative where he promised business trucks, to cyclist modern bicycles, he delivered.

From performance contracts to national big projects, President Kagame has always been delivering what he promised. Where he has not delivered as promised it’s due to other important factors.

For instance, we couldn’t achieve a lot on needed numbers of megawatts because of the workmanship than the promise itself.

So the RPF-Inkotanyi candidate is a man one can trust than any candidate in this regard. Above all, he has managed to fight corruption that is eating up many countries and hence poor people are enjoying their country to the fullest.
