Rwanda is developing so fast that we (the customers) have even come to a point where we can choose which telecommunication company to identify with.

As MTN Rwanda celebrates their 10th Anniversary, Rwandatel is set to launch their GSM network, the re-launch has excited the public. This is good news to the public because now we can enjoy the benefits that come with variety.

Everyone knows the disadvantages of monopoly so we hope that other players join the business too:
