The story about the two conmen that was published in your paper, yesterday is just a tip of the iceberg in as far as exposing con men is concerned.

I would also like to advise fellow Rwandans that there is another group of conmen who claim to be selling perfume. Since many customers prefer to sniff to confirm if this is their choice of perfume, many end up blacking out and giving chance to these con men to steal whatever they can, from the victim. 

I wonder what they put in this perfume but whatever it is, must be dangerous because it gives one a temporary blackout. Be careful!
