RE: "Minister Nsengimana appointed chair of global forum on SDGs” (The New Times, June 14). It is very interesting to follow the giant strides being made by Remarkable Rwanda, particularly in the information and communications technology space.

We are today in a digital era. The Ministry of Youth and ICT is always proactive and attuned to the latest developments in technology.

As Minster Jean Philbert Nsengimana rightly stated, "chairing the WSIS Forum strengthens Rwanda’s leadership at global level on ICT for development matters”.

 While we wish the Minister Nsengimana every success in this new assignment, we shall look forward to enhanced engagement between Rwanda and India in the ICT sector in the coming months.
