According to Lambert Usenga, the president of the Fraternity of Revelation (FR) association, anyone willing to join the association is free "no matter the religious affiliation.”
"We hold meetings every Sunday to pray, study the word of God and explain the vision of the association,” said Usenga at a 3-day youth festival organized at Christ’s Palace Church, Kimihurura.
"We have even opened another branch at the National University of Rwanda,” he revealed.
He added that though the operational license of the association as not been acquired, the past four years have seen them register 80 members.
"The capacity to create a better country has gradually increased by engaging the youth in making important decisions about their lives,” said
The vice president of Association, Faustin Nsengiyumva said that the annual event sponsored by the African Evangelical Enterprises would also devise means of completely stopping the spread of Genocide ideology.
"Through education and awareness campaigns we hope also to help put a halt to the rapid spread of HIV and call upon the young generation to build their hope in God,” said Nsengiyumva.
David Uwizeyimana, a participant said that the effort to involve young people in building the country was an outstanding opportunity to prepare a country’s better future.
