Ethiopian Prime Minister and First Lady concluded their 3 day state visit to Rwanda on Saturday, which saw the two countries sign 11 bilateral agreements in the areas of communication, information and media, youth and sports, tourism and health, extradition treaty and mutual legal assistance.
