With the last 32 draw pitting, most ly second division clubs with topflight sides, the latter look destined to reach the last 16 after comfortable wins secured during the first leg matches played mid last week.
League title reigning champions APR host Vision FC at Amahoro stadium but with a 3-0 goal advantage.
Esperance SK will be away to Rusizi to face Espoir FC. They go into this game required to overturn the 1-4 goal deficit.
Marines FC will be hosting relegation battling side Pepiniere in Rubavu after winning the first leg 1-0.
Elsewhere, AS Kigali with a 1-0 goal advantage host Heroes FC at Stade de Kigali; SC Kiyovu face Etoile de l’est at Mumena after both sides shared a 1-all draw while Akagera that lost 2-1 take on Amagaju FC in Nyagisenyi.
Vision JN travel to AS Muhanga seeking to overturn a 4-0 defeat while Gicumbi with a 2-0 advantage face Miroplast in Gicumbi.
Police FC, with a 1-0 goal advantage, host United Stars in Kicukiro, Bugesera FC host Hope FC in Nyamata after they drew 1-1, Rwamagana City face Sunrise FC which has a two goal advantage in Nyagatare while Intare FC face Mukura VS away in Huye with the southern province based side leading 4-0.
On Thursday, Aspor FC is away to La Jeunesse at Kicukiro with a 2-goal advantage.
The last 16 round legs will be played in May as well as the first leg of the quarter final round while the second leg of the last eight will be played in the first week of June.
All semi-final matches will be staged in June while the final has been set on its traditional date of July 4.
