Dear Claudine,
Milk and eggs are both useful nutritionally. Both are good sources of proteins and calories as well. Whole milk is by itself considered as whole food and it would be some task for the digestive system to digest it. Mixed with egg, it may be a load for the digestive system to digest the two together. A person who is allergic to proteins can have their problem aggravated by taking eggs and milk together. Raw eggs are a source if bacteria like salmonella. Hence, it is not safe to mix raw eggs with milk. As such, there is no dictum saying that the two should not be mixed together. But it is better to take them separately.
At 35 years it is better to avoid egg yolk as it is very high in cholesterol, thus increasing risk of hypertension and heart diseases. Milk cream also contains fat which is not desirable with advancing age. An experienced nutritionist can work out the quantity of milk and eggs which is suitable for your consumption, depending on your height, body weight, level of physical activity and life style.
