Dear Editor,

Earlier this week, the Commercial Bank of Rwanda (BCR) interacted with their clients at Kigali Serena Hotel. During this ceremony, the chairman of the board promised that the bank management will increase the branches so as to serve clients better.

Over and over again, this has been a promise but for sure, a strong solution should be put in place to decrease the queues. So far the queue management system has cut down the problem by a small margin but we still waste long hours at the bank.

Let us have these new branches very soon. May be it will solve the problem.
