News that the Private Sector Federation is planning to develop a plot of land, in Mombasa, Kenya where goods to and from Rwanda will be processed is timely.

The development will certainly ease congestion at the port, a step ahead in easing doing business in the East African Community.

For long, the business community has had issues of delayed cargo at Mombasa and spending more on storage charges at the port.
