Dear Editor,

Some restaurants in Giporoso are just too dirty. I fear if they continue operating in this state, these eating-places may become a health harzards.

At times, you enter a restaurant and wonder how a normal human being manages to eat from such a dirty place.

Therefore Kigali City Council should step up impromptu inspections of restaurants  to ensure they meet the minimum standards to operate  in the city. Those that do not measure up should be closed.
