RE: "Call for proper management of wetlands to reduce disasters” (The New Times, February 3).

Way to go REMA! Thanks to your drive on wetland conservation, the architecture students at the University of Rwanda did urban studies on the five major wetlands of the City of Kigali (urban wetlands) and have fantastic master plans and projects they will bring to you soon.
