If they had self-respect, Jimmy Mulisa and his technical team, exclusive of Ibrahim Mugisha (the goalkeeping coach), would be resigning in order to give APR FC the opportunity and the space to correct manifest errors of assessment, establish new management, and appoint accomplished, innovative and visionary coach with backroom staff that are equal to the ambitions of APR FC
