Dear Editor,

I would like to thank the Netherlands for training several Rwandans in ICT. Our Vision 2020 objectives clearly identify the need for technological advancement as one of the major strategies towards sustainable development.

We all know that the 1994 Tutsi Tutsi Genocide robbed our beloved country of the skilled personnel. Well, then, let us all use our acquired skills to the best of our abilities for the good of our nation.
