I congratulate Jean Paul Ndamaje upon being appointed the Kicukiro Mayor. At the same time, I would like to use this opportunity to request him to improve our road network.

Time and again, many people have complained about this issue however, so far nothing is being done. The Niboye road is too dusty during the dry season and also very muddy when it rains.

Please deal with this need and if possible let us have some public transport means to these areas. This kind of dust is a health harzard.
