I hope these cowardly criminals are swiftly brought to justice!

And when such horrible incidents happen, it would be very useful for news reports on the matter to always include a prominent reminder of the various emergency service numbers in Rwanda: police, fire, ambulance etc.

I strongly urge the media and authorities to continuously keep the public aware of how to get emergency help from relevant authorities.

Swift notification of police helps reduce response times, and greatly increases the chances of security forces apprehending suspects and perpetrators.
