Dear Editor,
It is very painful when someone studies so hard in school and later comes out with a bachelor’s degree, only to be neglected at all work places as a result of lack of experience.

As a fresh graduate, I expect that any human resource officer would be in position to understand that I can only gain experience only if I am given chance to work.

I believe that by the time someone manages to attain a university degree, it is evidence enough that they can as well under go short training programmes and perform even better than some unskilled people who occupy big posts in those companies.

I suggest that Government should offer internship for fresh graduates in big institutions such that we can have something to back up our curriculum vitaes.
