Local Defence Unit (LDU) men in Kigali City Council some times harass women vendors.

The LDU personnel normally arrest the vendors in the evenings just by surprise!

Once in their custody, the women allege that the LDU’s lock them up in some sort of prison cell however, the women claim that they are tortured while in the cells.

This mistreatment is unheard of, even in the main prisons.
The KCC should find an affordable place to settle these women.
