Government through Rwanda Development Board launched "Na Yombi” and "Noza Serivisi” campaigns to create awareness on the importance of good customer service for businesses and public institutions. Various organisations, including The ServiceMag, a customer service-oriented magazine, have also contributed to these efforts. The magazine also conducts annual customer satisfaction survey.
As part of its continued campaigns, the publication will today launch fortnightly tweet chat session with top government officials, business owners, CEOs or managers, who will interact directly with citizens/customers and to respond to their questions, Sandra Idossou, the proprietor said in a statement yesterday.
"The ServiceMag is offering business owners, CEOs, Managers, top influencers, government officials, customers, citizens and the general public, yet another opportunity to communicate, engage and improve service delivery in both public and private sectors,” Idossou added.
"Customers will be able to ask these officials questions, comment or offer suggestions that they would help organisations in all sectors of the economy improve services.” Idossou said the inaugural guest will be Diane Karusisi, the Bank of Kigali chief executive officer, who will be hosted by the publication from 11am-12 noon today.
