Powerful message from the President; unfortunately, nobody-either in private and public sectors-is taking the issue seriously enough, and until he introduces stern measures (including fines, job suspensions or even dismissal on the Government officials who have completely failed to cooperate and abide by this timely move) then we’ll forever continue to experience the same bad customer care.

Powerful message from the President; unfortunately, nobody—either in private and public sectors—is taking the issue seriously enough, and until he introduces stern measures (including fines, job suspensions or even dismissal on the Government officials who have completely failed to cooperate and abide by this timely move) then we’ll forever continue to experience the same bad customer care.
It makes me sick when I think on how the President goes all over the world, mobilizing and encouraging businesses, tourists, and investors luring them to come to Rwanda, and only for them to be welcomed by the careless businesspeople and Government officials, to some extent, with a pitying mentality on the importance of the better service delivery.
