The New Year is finally here. As people across the world gather together to participate in the end of the year celebrations, Rwandans will also come together to count down the final moments of 2016 and usher in the New Year in style.
The New Year is finally here. As people across the world gather together to participate in the end of the year celebrations, Rwandans will also come together to count down the final moments of 2016 and usher in the New Year in style.
"Count Down events in collaboration with Legacy45 entertainment, and Show Times, will provide a unique New Year’s Eve experience to Rwandans and all friends of Rwanda,” said Dianne Dusaidi, the events co-organizer.
The show will be headlined by Ugandan rapper MUN G. He will be joined by local DJs Focus, Bisoso, Infinity, Cliff and Chopa, who will be rocking the crowd into the New Year.
MUN G, speaking to reporters on Friday afternoon, said he is excited to perform and usher in the New Year with his fans in Kigali.
He will perform his hit songs including Sala Puleesa, Vawo Awo, Nkufirako, Sente Diriwo and Maalo, among others.
The show will be aired live on RBA from 11p.m-midnight on Dec. 31 and January 1.
