Dear Editor,

I was reading yesterday’s paper and saw that bit that says Parliament summoned local government officials. Local Government, Minister Protais Musoni clearly acknowledged that there are still corruption tendencies amongst the local leaders.

Despite the fact that the corruption levels have gone down we need to totally stamp it out. It may seem hard but once we cooperate as Rwandans and endeavor to report such leaders to the authorities instead of bribing them a little, then we will surely get there.
