The duo finished the game with 9 and 14 points respectively.

Patriots coach Henry Mwinuka was forced into an early change to save his side from what looked like a possible defeat by replacing Chris Walter Nkurunzinza with Hakizimana, who was playing his first game for his new club.

The former Espoir star made immediate impact dropping three consecutive three-pointers for which he received a standing ovation as Patriots got back into the game and claimed the first quarter 23-22 and the second 16-13.
