I humbly ask you to reach my request to the in-charge, in the ministry of Transport that people who use public means need to be saved.
Workers no longer arrive at their work places on time and many people reach their homes always late because of inefficient transport companies around.
In the morning and evening hours, ply routes where they see many passengers. As if that is not enough, they increase the transport fares erratically.
It is seems as if there are no rules and regulations governing these companies; on route allocation and on the state of vehicles plying the routes. Some taxis are even in dangerous mechanical condition, with old and smelly seats.
