Rwanda scores highly in anti-corruption and it is commendable that virtually all government organs have taken a very tough stance on this. The office of the Ombudsman has an important feature of corruption called whistle blowing. This is where someone can report corruption/harassment...anonymously and his identity is protected for obvious reasons.

In reality, corruption /injustice/harassment cases are difficult to report due to fear of retaliation.

I would ask Ombudsman to look into enforcing whistle-blowing for an even more effective fight against corruption. The most famous case in the world was of Edward Snowden and US government before his identity was "maliciously” revealed.
